SOFTWAR PACKAGE FOR TRACTIVE CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE STARTING AND BRAKING MODES OF BELT CONVEYORS
Described software complex consists of two blocks: the sophisticated traction calculation of belt conveyor, allowing to determine the tension of the tape in characteristic points of the route of the pipeline and power required of the engine, and the calculation of dynamic tensions arise during start-up and braking, which are used to determine the dynamic factor.
Developed on the basis of the mathematical model of the digital model of the pipeline with a constant structure in the form seven mass system differs in that when modeling dynamic processes ratios in mathematical and accordingly in the digital models are automatically recalculated on the basis of the results obtained in the first block. Digital model allows to analyze the starting and braking modes of the belt conveyor, to determine the time of starting and braking, and maximum speed and fluctuations tensioner and effort in it and others. In the digital model, you can use motors with different start-control equipment.
