DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM OF AWARDING BONUSES TO EMPLOYEES OF THE MINING SITES, COAL MINES
Over the last decade the topic of measuring the performance of staff is widely spread in all sectors and applies to both higher and ordinary posts. In this publication, the technology of performance assessment of employees on key performance indicators. The main results of the research are developed by the authors, the criteria of efficiency of mining subsystems and a system of awarding bonuses to employees of the mining sites, coal mines, ensuring the implementation of the plan on preparatory mine workings, motivating compliance with safety requirements, allowing for the monitoring of the performance of employees. The proposed bonus system applicable to all professions and positions, so it can be adapted for use in all structural units of coal mines that will cause their data to a common format.
