RESEARCH POSSIBILITY OF PNEUMATIC ENRICHMENT OF DIAMOND RAW MATERIALS IN THE SCREW SEPARATOR

The results of experimental studies of the process of enrichment of various mineral density in the experimental design of the screw sifter with a curved working chamber showed a high degree of extraction of minerals for high-density (92–100%), and the average density of the extraction amounted to 66%. In the study of mineral-rich low density occurs classification size classes. Thus, it was found that a prototype screw sifter most suitable for mineral enrichment medium, high-density and low-density minerals classification.
