FEATURES OF MONITORING OF TECHNOGENOUS INFLUENCE ON HYDROSYSTEMS IN MINING REGIONS

Intensive nature management and escalating of technogenous capacities have resulted in essential activization adverse, up to catastrophic, displays of natural processes. The expansion of industrial and urban buildings, deepening of mine production of mineral raw material and energy-carriers, increase of hydraulic engineering construction, water- and gas-pipelines, exhaustion and toxification of soil by mineral fertilizers of agrarian manufacture cause various technogenous infringement, including activization of dangerous exogenous geological processes and increase of seismic danger. As a result of the analysis of the reasons and consequences of a critical status of superficial and underground waters in difficult urban techno-eco-systems, on a basis of synergy the very dense correlation between influence of mining-metallurgical complex and characteristics of these hydrosystems is found. The bases of imitating-structural modeling for the decision of problems of decrease of technogenous loading on hydrosystems caused in huge volumes of industrial wastes of mining-metallurgical complex (on an example of the block-diagrams and accounts for separate manufactures) are developed. The application of the eco-proved rating of influence of the mining enterprises on components of an environment (especial hydrosphere, which will allow to calculate unsafe influence of mining activity on hydrosystems and to ensure rational use of mineral-raw potential) is offered.
