EVALUATION EXPLOSION DISCRETE HEATED ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS FOR EXPLOSIVE MIXTURES CATEGORY IIA
The article presents the results of studies on ignition of propane mixture heated explosion-proof electrical equipment of small elements. These elements are different sensors, integrated circuits, resistors, capacitors. At various damage electronic circuits they are heated. This can lead to an explosion of the gas mixture. To assess this risk, the method of measurement of electrical parameters of electronic components electrical equipment in the explosion of the gas mixture. The gas mixture is the most flammable composition. The values obtained ignition electric power related to the geometrical dimensions of electronic components elektooborudovanie. Ensure the safety of the use of electronic components in an explosive mixture of propane and air power can be restricted to them. In these studies described allowable values are defined. Proposed to conduct tests of thermocouples in a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen. The composition of this mixture replaces a mixture of propane and air power ignition from heated elements. And allows to provide the necessary security operation thermocouples.al Research Program ONZ-3.
