INCREASE OF EFFICIENCY TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING IN THE MOUNTAIN EQUIPMENT HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS USING A PRELIMINARY LOCAL THERMAL INFLUENCE

In the modern mining industry least reliable equipment hydraulic is cylinders shaft lining. It is established that about 70% of failures happen for a reason of a failure of seal rings due to damage precision surfaces of contact pairs due abrasive and adhesive wear. To improve the the longevity and reliability of the hydraulic cylinders at high dynamic load, require high accuracy manufacturing of of contact pairs: the quality of the surface roughness for detail «stock» must be at least Ra = 0,63 microns, and for details of the «cylinder» of not less than Ra = 0,32 microns. In order to meet the requirements for geometric parameters precision, as well as high-precision surface roughness, in the process of manufacture of stocks, it is necessary to provide dynamic stability of the technological system.
One of the modern methods of suppression autooscillations arising in the technological system is the creation of the provisional local metastability a method of thermal influence in the machining allowance of the workpiece. Creating the provisional metastability of the surface layer allows to periodically change the physicomechanical properties of the material. At the intersection of the cutting plane with the a zone local thermal influence during processing leads to the suppression of self-oscillation occurring.
