There is a short description of mine shaft sinking and lining of Berezniki potash plant and mine 2 (BKPRU-2) in the interval of saliferous rocks. Main defects of monolith concrete lining of vertical mine shafts in Verkhnekamskoye potash salt deposit have been considered. Based on the results of mine surveys and presented samples main reasons of the concrete lining destruction in the area of the shaft junction with level workings have been analyzed. Main reasons of destruction of the monolith concrete lining of the mine shaft № 3 of BKPRU-2 are presented in detail. Results of the performed local emergency recovery work in concrete section of the shaft № 3 are specified. Feasibility of cast-iron tubbing use instead of the destructed concrete lining is presented. A comparison of layout of stages and preventive floors (scaffolding) has been performed, which are used directly by operation in the shaft № 3 contrary to layouts applied in the shafts № 1 and № 2 of BKPRU-2. Also main stages of the carried out reconstruction of the concrete lining in conditions of continuous production are presented taking into account daily maintenance works in complex of mine hoisting of the shaft № 3 subject to the process procedure.
