ANALYSIS OF METHODS OF DETERMINING THE VOLUME OF SURFACE DIGGING FOR OPERATIONAL CONTROL EXCAVATOR DRAGLINE PERFORMANCE IN PITS

The article gives a brief overview of the known non-contact methods of determining the amounts of the surfaces. The analysis revealed that the measurements based on photogrammetry and laser scanning are unreliable due to the unsuitability of changing environmental and weather events, and the devices that use the radioisotope control, have a negative impact on human health. As a result, the emphasis toward the use of radar method of operative control the volume of work, which is the most suitable due to the fact that it has a good performance in harsh environments, high speed and accuracy.
