AUTOMATED PLANT – COAL PREPARATION PLANT OF THE FUTURE

In the period of rapid development of coal preparation and introduction of a new generation of coal preparation plants the creation of automated plants becomes relevant.
At coal preparation plants (CPP) new automated control systems (ACS) are introduced. The gained experience of ACS introduction allows us to suggest the further improvements of these systems. CPPs use four-level control systems. The fourth level of local control includes local systems of technological processes automation.
The ACS use instrumentation sensors, devices, controllers of foreign make. The purpose of the report is design specification for the development of an automated control system of a coal preparation plant of the future including local systems – instrumentation sensors, devices, washing technological modes without local control (dispatcher). Development of automated systems at import substitution of equipment, software and hardware.
