A STUDY OF LOADING PARAMETERS OF SCREW ACTUATORS OF EXECUTIVE BODIES OF SHEARER

The peculiarities of formation compressive forces of resistance to rotation of the advancing and lagging screws in time from the value of the strength of the coal, taking into account: the resistance of the coal to fracture arising from the introduction weapons of the screw in the anisotropic coal massif, which is characterized by strength under uniaxial compression and shear; forces of friction in the zone of friction contact of the auger with the coal seam, preventing the rotation of the screw; the forces of inertia of the mass of broken coal, preventing it from moving along the axis of rotation of the screw. The average value of the moment of resistance to rotation of the advancing screw and the amplitude of the oscillations is directly proportional to the diameter of the screw, the magnitude of the dimensionless functions and the semi sum of the number of turns of the screw, destroying the coal array and linearly depend on the strength of coal and the size of the coefficient (the product of the width of the auger; the relationship of the speeds of movement of the harvester along the lava and screw speed; twice the relationship of the Central angle radius of the screw to the cosine of the angle of inclination of its helix). The average value of the moment of resistance to rotation of the screw lagging and the amplitude of the nonlinear oscillations depend on the ratio of layer height to the diameter of the screw and linearly depend on the strength of coal, dimension ratio.
