NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN THE BLANK PRODUCTION

The paper presents and formalizes the features of blank production in mechanical engineering. The study used the methodology of the SADT representation of the structure and design technology of billets with the design and technological restrictions. Presented IDEF diagrams technology design and classification of technological processes of production of parts in mechanical engineering. Considered criteria and the choice of method of production of blanks from a source material in liquid and solid state. Developed and presented IDEF diagram of the structure of the choice of method of production of the billet, the original database klassifikatsii by types of methods for blanks, select the most economical process of obtaining billets, technological and design constraints for the initial materials in liquid and solid state in the form of tables.
