THE DESIGN PARAMETERS OF THE RIGID CYLINDRICAL WHEELS IN PEAT MACHINES

The article presents the problem of designing the optimal (rational) parameters of rigid cylindrical wheels in the designs of peat machines by method of research the mathematical models adequately describing the process of interaction of the wheel with the ground. It is considered the mathematical model underlying the calculation definition (design) of rational parameters of rigid cylindrical wheels to reduce their weight and dimensions. To assess the performance of a rigid cylindrical wheel count the draught of the wheel, the size of the footprint and the coefficient of elasticity of deposits. It was proposed efficient algorithms for determining the parameters of rigid cylindrical wheels that are implemented by computer applications. The proposed algorithms based on the use of basic design dependencies that underlie the traditional method of stepwise optimization. When forming the base of original values it was used on the data of wheeled chassis devices in available peat machines.
