THE ASSESSMENT OF DANGER OF EXPOSURE OF DUST EMISSIONS FROM SOURCES QUARRIES ON THE SOIL COVER

A new approach to assessing the impact on the soil cover of dust emissions from blasting in quarries and dumping as a consumer resource of soils based on the fact that released into the atmosphere in an explosion of dust settling on the surface of the earth is essentially replaces the soil resource. The main component providing the load on the soil cover is non-toxic dust. Toxic constituents dust practically does not lead to contamination of soils. Considered character of the change resource consumption of the soil cover as a result of dust emissions in an explosion in career and dust emissions from dumps. The use of the proposed approach makes it possible to trace the dynamics of resource consumption of the soil cover after blasting and dust emissions during stacking, to highlight the most dangerous areas of subsidence dust. Showed the influence of dust on the soil cover in different time slots. Reflected changing of borders load on a soil cover for different characteristics quarries and dumps, as well as showing the factors having the greatest impact on the soil cover. This allows to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of those areas where the soil is most susceptible to contamination.
