## OPERATION OF TWO-MASS SYSTEM WITH DC MOTOR WITH YAW CONTROL

Splitting the elasticity and friction are widely used in mining and construction industries. The most simple device for separating shelf on friction is a separator which is a combination of several mechanical devices, each of which is intended for the separation of particles enriched material on different grounds. It is currently used separator consisting of an inclined shelf (stratification node) at which the particle acceleration to the speed-dependent friction coefficient. stratification unit prepares for separation of particles with different coefficients of friction. Inclined shelf ends in the bottom of the curved springboard. The curved ramp is made in an arc with a constant radius, and it can be considered the second stage of the preparation of particles with different coefficients of friction of the separation.
Thus, a division of the fan, through which particles can form products with different content of useful component. The process of movement of each particle may describe a mathematical model consisting of equations of motion at each stage of separation.
The effectiveness of the separation of minerals can be improved by installing a special blade on the end surfaces of the rotating drum to the inclined surface of the end sides, allowing the use of aerodynamic effect to extract minerals (asbestos, mica) with the effect of «sail» of the middle part of the educated fan when coming off plane.
For the study used a mathematical model of the process of separation of bulk materials enables multi comprehensively investigate the particle separation process based on their physical properties and serves to review a large number of modes of the device design options and optimization, at relatively low cost, without resorting to the production of models, prototypes.
The result found that the use of the aerodynamic effect in the separator will remove the air supply system, to ensure maximum extraction of free asbestos fibers from ore preserve the natural length and texture of fibers, asbestos fibers free from dust, as well as occasional foreign inclusions.
