TECHNOLOGICAL MAINTENANCE OF THE PRESET VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF RATIFICATION BEARINGS, CONSIDERING TECHNOLOGICAL INHERITANCE

The decision of problems of technological inheritance assumes an estimation saved up (inherited properties) proceeding from a substantive provision of mechanics of deformable bodies, otherwise, on each operation on a method of final elements the problem of contact interaction of the tool with a processed detail dares. As a result it allows to estimate accumulation of deformations and exhaustion of a stock of plasticity of metal from uniform positions. It allows to use the received values of deformations, no less than surface microgeometry, for an estimation of their role in maintenance of the general level of vibration.
