THE USE OF A HIGHWALL MINING SYSTEM ON «ERUNAKOVSKOE FIELD» BRANCH «TALDINSKY COAL MINE» OF UK «KUZBASRAZREZUGOL»

Area of surface mining of «Erunakovskoe the field» of «Taldinskogo coal mine» of UK «Kuzbassrazrezugol» is situated in 50–55 km to the east of the largest industrial center of Kuzbass, cities Kisilevsk, Prokopievsk and Novokuznetsk. Exploitation of the field is begun in 1987 the pit of «Litsvyanskiy». Within bounds of the mountain taking to date, the balance mineral resources of coal are made by about 7,36 million tons. Part of these mineral resources of coal of brand of «G», which makes approximately 3,5 million tons, go away to the side of quarry under the guard spurns of the river of Erunakovka and the village of «Erunakovo».
For the revision of supplies acquisition and drawing on the use Highwall Mining System is recommended on the base of equipment, made the American firm SUPERIOR HIGHWALL MINERS. The executed feasibility study calculations rotined that application of this complex for the revision of supplies of the indicated area of mining is provided term of recoupment of capital investments – 1,1 years; an income is 721 969,26 thousands of rub in a year at profitability of production 15,04 %.
