The paper considers the adaptation system, which is used in the enterprise of JSC Holding Company «SDS–Ugol». Adaptatsiya personnel is an important measure, which is necessary for its successful organization and productive operation. Since human capital is the main wealth of any enterprise, it is thanks to the work of human production operates. One of the winners of the Nobel Prize Gary Becker has devoted to this whole issue of the scientific work, whose title «Human capital» [Becker G. Human Capital.NY, 1964], which details the key points of this topic. Went to work, the person is actively involved in professional and socio-psychological relations particular labor organization learns new to his social roles, values, norms, coordinates their individual position with the goals and objectives of the organization (of the staff), thereby subjecting their behavior service requirements of the enterprise or institution.
In the management of staff and one of the top priorities is the development of specific systems, adaptation of the personnel in a particular organization. With the solution of these problems can be prevented most of the negative factors in the internal environment of the organization in the field of group dynamics collective productivity, problems with staff turnover and other important and defining the performance of the company.
But despite the importance of this topic in today’s Russia this area is given very little attention. In contrast to international experience, where the majority of enterprises, there are a solution to the problem of corporate culture and system adaptation. Therefore, we can make a definite conclusion in which we note that one of the problems with personnel in the organization in attracting staff is to manage labor adaptation. During the interaction of the employee and the organization is their mutual adjustment, which is based on the gradual entry of new workers into the professional and socio-economic conditions.
