MODELING SAFE LIQUID HYDROCARBON FLOW WITH REGARD TO ICE CONDITIONS BASED ON THE MASS SERVICE METHODS

Currently quite strongly increased the interest of some States to offshore mineral resources, including liquid hydrocarbons in the Arctic regions. This question is quite important in the Russian Federation due to the fact that these areas have a fairly large reserves. However, a number of issues on safe and efficient transportation of extracted raw materials with the use of icebreakers. The article proposes to consider the process of transportation of liquid hydrocarbons as a queueing system. The obtained model allows to calculate the safe speed at which to move the ship, participating in data transportation.
