STATE-OF-THE ART AND PROSPECTS OF IMPROVEMENT IN DESIGN OF VIBRATION GENERATORS TO CREATE MOMENTUM FORCES IN THE DRIVES OF ACTUATING ELEMENTS OF MINING MACHINES

The article is focused on the state-of-the art and prospects of improvement in design of forced oscillation source generating momentum forces in the drives of actuating elements of mining machines. The analysis of the current designs of generators of momentum forces in the drives of actuating elements of mining machines shows that generators of harmonic single-frequency oscillations Tribotechnical background to ensure mining machine efficiency to rotating masses in the transmission and deform elastic couplings of rotating masses. In order to eliminate extra energy consumption to impart high-frequency vibration to rotating masses and to avoid detrimental deformation of elastic elements in transmission gear, mainly, in the gear toothing, given the preserved structural concept of mining machines, it is suggested to arrange centrifugal generators of harmonic single-frequency oscillations to create driving torque at the output shaft of transmissions. In this case, the moment of friction between actuating elements of mining machines and rock mass is reduced more effectively.
