STATE-OF-THE-ART AND PROSPECTS OF USING EGORIEVSK NODULAR PHOSPHORITE IN THE VOSKRESENSKY DISTRICT, MOSCOW REGION

Intensification of agriculture in the Moscow region, as it requires application of chemicals, i.e., full supply of farmland domestic organic phosphorus containing fertilizers. A potential source for the production of such fertilizers is one of the largest in Russia egorevsky Deposit of phosphorites selakovich. Kashagan is a very important task for the solution of which requires the technology of obtaining from its ore phosphate concentrate containing more than 28% P2O5, i.e. suitable for chemical processing complex water-soluble fertilizers. Such flotation technology based on the use of flotation reagent with specific properties is given in this article. This technology allows to obtain from the washed fine fraction of phosphate ore, containing more than 19% P2O5 vysokokachestvennye flotation concentrate (>28% P2O5 and ~3.0% of Fe2O3) with the extraction of P2O5 more than 80%. This concentrate is suitable for chemical processing at JSC «VMF».
