PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE POPUTNINSKOE DEPOSIT ORE

For over one and a half centuries of socio-economic image of the Motiginsky district of the Lower Angara Region was determined by intensive development of the richest placer gold deposits, significantly depleted to date. In connection with the implementation of the national project «Comprehensive Development of the Lower Angara Region», the gold mining company JSC «Polyus Krasnoyarsk» acquired the right to develop deposits of Motiginsky district of Krasnoyarsk region, in particular the extract of ore gold on a site in the limits Razdolinskaya ore cluster, which has a field «Poputninskoe». Development of technology for processing ore «Poputninskoe» was originally held at the Research center of JSC «Polyus Krasnoyarsk» in 2008. Conducted research on development of technologies of processing of raw materials for several samples of ores with the development of technology in the industrial process at Olimpiadins kaya concentration factory JSC «Polyus». In 2016 research of the ores was continued for approval of the inventory and subsequent processing on an industrial scale. In primary ore deposits «Poputninskoe» gold has a high fineness and, together with quartz, carbonates, titanium minerals and sulfosalts, tellurides, and forms submicroscopic and microscopic impregnations in sulfides, often located in the zones of crystal growth, performing micro lodes. This type of ore is characterized by high recovery of sulfides and gold in the concentrate enrichment flotation technology. The extract of gold in concentrate is 90.8–96.6 percent at the output from 6.4% to 11.3% depending on grade of useful component in the original ore. Gold grade in the original ore samples is 2.5 and 3.7 g/t. Investigated technological processes of ore processing — flotation, gravity-flotation, and by using the process of flash flotation. The results showed that the highest technological levels achieved by direct flotation of gold extraction from ore. The obtained flotation concentrate is characterized by high mass fraction of total sulfur is of the order of 28–36% and iron — 27–33%, mass fraction of gold to 36 g/t. Gold in concentrate of 97.8% is thin impregnation with sulfides, which are represented mainly by pyrite. The loss of gold in the flotation tailings amount to 9.2% and are mostly in the form of submicroscopic inclusions in gangue.
