ALGORITHMIC AND HARDWARE SUPPORT FOR ON-BOARD INFORMATION SYSTEM OF WALKING DRAGLINE EXCAVATOR

The outputs of the algorithmic and hardware support engineering for on-board information system of walking dragline excavator are described. The algorithmic support includes procedures of: determining state transition points in a dragline; measuring or calculating time parameters in the current excavation cycle, rock weight in the bucket, power input of cycle implementation, current and integral characteristics of the process flow. Current state of an excavation cycle is defined using condition–action rules based on discrete measurements of currents of main drives, cable lengths, rotation angle and their time derivatives. The layouts of hardware support of on-board information systems and a fragment of the information base structure are presented.
