THE STRESS STATE EVALUATION BASED ON HYDRAULIC FRACTURING OF ROCK MASS
The paper shows the analytical solution for the problem of formation of two radial cracks in the rock massif. The uniaxial loading of the borehole walls method to measure the stress state is considered. The known techniques for estimating the fracture pressure were analyzed.

THE RESEARCH OF SEASONAL DYNAMICS OF MINING TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT CAPACITY IN HARSH WEATHER CONDITIONS WORKING PITS
The article analyzes how the rigorous climate of the north affects productivity of mining and haulage equipment sets. As a criterion of the climatic influence on the mining-and-haulage equipment set efficiency, it is suggested to use the level of decline in the output, Y1, per month and per year of the equipment operation starting from the beginning of its service. The coefficients for calculating monthly mean productivity of rock drills, shovels and dump trucks are proposed. The performance degradation dynamics in the course of the useful life is presented for the following mining and haulage equipment: electric rock drills, hydraulic rock drills, electric shovels, hydraulic shovels, dump trucks.

APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY OF OPEN-PIT MINING WITH THE USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES
Proportional development of mining on all benches of working area when using excavator-truck sets is achieved by transition to a benches mining technology on scheme with two subbenches and varying levels of work sites. In deep open pits implementation of this technology will reduce the current volumes of overburden excavation of 10—15 % and more, will increase opened-up mineral reserves by 20—50 % and reduce the amount of capital mining works on construction of the openings by 2—4 times and will ensure effective use of powerful excavator-car systems.

COMPLEX ORE PRETREATMENT IN TECHNOLOGY OF LOW GRADE APATITE-NEPHELINE ORE CONCENTRATION
The paper considers influence of complex ore pretreatment including processes of preliminary concentration on technological indexes of low grade ore processing on the example of apatite-nepheline ore from the Oleniy Ruchey deposit, Khibiny ore region the Kola Peninsula.
The studies were carried out in accordance with priority tendencies in mineral processing area. The investigation results have established that preliminary concentration of apatite-nepheline ores by X-ray luminescent separation allows forming ore flow of higher quality, increasing technological indexes for flotation concentration of apatite-nepheline ores, and decreasing quantity of fine tailings. This becomes possible due to withdrawaling more than 27 % of lumpy barren rocks from the deep concentration processes.
Considerable reduction of lode rock arriving for disintegration and further processes of ore processing promote to decrease of power and material resources consumption in crushing, grinding and flotation processes, as well as in tailing disposal. Reduction of fine tailings volume jointly with recycling of rejected lumpy barren rocks will allow decreasing man-made load on environment at the Oleniy Ruchey mining area and increasing complexity of mineral raw material use.

RESEARCH OF HEAT TRANSFER PARAMETERS IN ARTIFICIAL GROUND FREEZING WITH USING SOLID CARBON DIOXIDE
This article discusses the heat transfer between the solid and liquid carbon dioxide during their interaction. This process occurs at creating refrigerant mixtures by carbon dioxide. Its main parameter is the heat flow from the liquid to the solid carbon dioxide, which in turn determines the rate of sublimation of the solid carbon dioxide. For estimating this parameter is formed methodology laboratory research which were 36 by laboratory experiments. Heat exchange examined with several liquids: aqueous calcium chloride solution (various concentrations), propylene glycol and its aqueous solution, methylene chloride. According to the results of the approximation of the data were derived linear dependence, which satisfactorily describe the process of heat transfer. Presented dependence allow us to give recommendations for the design of artificial freezing of soils using refrigerant mixtures based on solid carbon dioxide. This paper presents the design according to the definition of the heat exchanger, the amount of carbon dioxide and the frequency of loading it into the machine.

ESTIMATION OF SERVICE LIFE LIMIT FOR OPEN PIT DUMP-TRUCKS
Operational efficiency of dump-trucks is analyzed based on performance of machine population per model. This relates to technical state of dump-trucks — maintenance support is unsatisfactory and not always complies with the manufacturer standards. The found criteria enable estimating a rational useful life of a dump-truck irrespective of its purchase manner (private purchase, leasing, rent). It is recommended to carry out continuous uniform accounting of downtime length and causes per each dump-truck since placed in service. These data are entered on the dump-truck time-card per month, quarter and year. The offered regulations allow for current and predictive estimation of open pit dump-truck performance based on actual (accumulated statistics) and predicted data.

Modernization of peat cars and the equipment is necessary for this extracting branch in connection with shortage of processing equipment of new generation, high degree of wear of used equipment and also outdated low effective technologies of production and peat processing. The made analysis will allow to choose the perspective direction in development and modernization of the peat mechanical engineering, promoting increase of competitiveness of the Russian peat cars and the equipment.

EVALUATION OF PROBABLE DUMP-TRUCK ENGINE FAILURE PER SHIFT IN OPEN PIT MINING
The casual relationship between the weighted average road grade and the engine incident value per shift characterizes both the dump-truck performance and its actual operation conditions; this casual relationship enables adequately supported prediction of engine incident value per shift for dump-trucks in any open pit mine without complex statistical examination.

THE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF PASSAGE OF SHOCK WAVES THROUGH THE CASE OF THE WORKING TOOL WITH A DIFFERENT TOOTH PROFILE
Description of computer program «Shock 2013» for the analysis of the effectiveness of shock waves through the body of the working tool with different profile of teeth. The work programme is based on the principle of Huygens, describing the law of reflection waves. The program allows to set a rational form and geometrical parameters of the tool. The algorithm of the program is based on the mathematical model of propagation of shock waves in the body of the working tool, created in Matlab. Mathematical model describes the process of propagation of a shock wave in a given section of the tool. When investigating the case of the worker tool tooth trapezoidal revealed that a decrease in the angle of inclination of the side surface of the tooth with 35° to 10° efficient completion of shock waves increases in 1,5 times. While the workflow is reduced tool wear resistance due to the stress concentration in the tooth in a zone of contact with the breed. It is recommended to use teeth trapezoidal with the angle of inclination of the side surface of no more than 15°—20°. The transmission coefficient of shock waves Ktsw = 0,73—0,80. To increase the stability of impact tools, it is expedient to use the case with the teeth of circular profile. When using such a tool transmission coefficient of shock waves Ktsw = 0,61.

THE CHOICE OF EFFECTIVE EXECUTIVE BODY OF THE MOUNTAIN HARVESTER FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF PERMAFROST ROCKS BIG CLEAVAGE
Underground mining in permafrost formations features low engineering-and-economical performance. Russian and foreign machine-building plants do not manufacture application-specific cutting machines for permafrost. Various coal shearers are discussed from this viewpoint. The shearers do not ensure total cleaning-up since cutters slightly project beyond the contour of the worm.
The article describes the maximum efficient design of the working member of a shearer. The working member to cut permafrost should have elements of shearing belt with alternating clear spans. For the effective cleaning-up of bedding rocks, the clear spans should be closed with shearing blades installed on the back side of the worm. The working face of the working member should be a shearing spiral composed of two rows of chequered blades.

THE INFLUENCE OF HELIOPHISIC FACTORS ON GAS RELEASES AND GAS-DYNAMIC PHENOMENA AT POTASH MINES
The interconnection of the frequency of gas-dynamic phenomena at Verhnekamsky potash salts minefield and the changes of heliophysic (cosmological) factors, and also the dependence of intensity and quantity of gas releases on different meteorological factors were revealed by means of the statistical methods. It is established that Heliophysical processes are cyclical in nature and are accompanied by periodic increases in intensity Geosphere processes. For the analysis of gas-dynamic phenomena and gas release, were used materials about accidents at mines potash Deposit. The obtained results have practical significance in mining, consisting in the evaluation of the Association increased the number of gas-dynamic events to certain cycles of solar and lunar activity.

WAVE EXCITATION AND GENERATION OF OSCILLATIONS IN HOLES FOR MAKING GAS DRAIN CRACKS IN COAL
In the article the designation of a new process, namely the vibratoryimpact on the coal seam for increased fracture intensity and consequently gas recovery. So when developing low permeable gassy coal seams degree gas recovery because of the physical condition of the array is very low. Existing methods are not sufficiently provide the conditions for degassing coal seams. Therefore, to increase the efficiency of coal file requires the creation of new, more effective ways to expandcracks and increasing gas recovery of coal. This is achieved by applying avibration on low-permeability gas-bearing coal seams. In article presents the results of the research on a particularcoal seam. Were taken during vibration exposure different arrangementsof wells. The results obtained allowed confirm the effect of increasing gas recovery from coalbed through the use of vibration and provide increased degassing which confirms the efficiency of the method used. applicable method creates the conditions for deep degassing of low-permeability coal file.

ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS OF COAL MINING INDUSTRY WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVE ITS ENERGY AND ECOLOGICAL EFFICIENCY
The article shows that thermal coal production features multi-process and time-consuming technology and results in environmental damage, which makes the entire coal-power cycle low-efficient from the viewpoint of the final use of the solid hydrocarbon fuel energy. This conclusion is supported with the actual data. The authors analyze technical data and socioecological performance of coal mines and pulverized coal-fired power plants. Aimed at enhancement of energy efficiency and mitigation of ecological impact, it is proposed to upgrade the conventional coal-power generation system by obtaining producer gas from coal, mixing it with coal methane and using the mixture for generation of electric and heat energy in combination cycle plants. Industrial implementation of the proposal in coal-gas-power systems will increase energy efficiency of the coal-power cycle and reduce ecological impact of the industry.

THE SYSTEM OF INDICATORS DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE MINING INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES
It is suggested to identify the type of innovative technological development of a company based on the analysis of thirty basic scenarios where annual variation in overall volume of expenditures is related with the variation in expenditures per individual elements (material inputs, amortization charges, wages and insurance premiums and miscellaneous costs). All of the scenarios are divided into four groups. The first group scenarios illustrate introduction of new technologies in a company. The second group scenarios show improvement of the current production technology. The third group scenarios demonstrate technical upgrading of a company, and the fourth group scenarios display zero technological and mechanical innovation.
It is shown that the innovative activity rate of a company, given a certain type of innovations, is defined by the proper indexes calculated. For the first two types of innovative development, this index is the ratio between the rate of decline in material inputs and the rate of variation in the overall volume of expenditures; for the third group — the ratio between the growth rate of amortization charges and the variation rate of the overall volume of expenditures. The level of innovative technological activity specifies the rate of growth of added value in the overturn.

OVERVIEW OF METHODS FOR DETECTION, CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF COUNTRY’S SECTORS MEASURABLE INDICATORS
In the article indicates necessity of impact on economic processes in the country, defines national accounts role as a tool for providing complex analysis of national product and national income establishing process. Present methods to detection measurable indicators of country's sectors, based on intersectoral balance's calculation model, for the analysis of the current situation and obtain the values of gross output. Based on the calculated intersectoral balances possible to directly affect on economic processes with the use of the price mechanism, finance and improving production management. Describes mathematical problem of calculating the intersectoral balance, allocated its weaknesses. Propose to use the network method of model's calculating by allowing to bring the product flows to the tensor form. Outlines the benefits of this approach. Present comparison of network model's calculation methods: entire or in part. Based on the comparison allocated the strengths and weaknesses of approaches. Shows the process model of calculating algorithm for network intersectoral model in parts. In additional, shows the possibility of determining the approach to calculation of social stability indicators, based on analysis of the dynamics of changes in the conditions of measurable indicators of different variants of the economic policy.

THE CONSTRUCTION PRINCIPLES AND DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES OF THE MONITORING DEVICES OF THE ROCK MASSIF AROUND EXCAVATIONS AND OF THE MINE WORKING SUPPORT
The types and principles of operation of existing and emerging geomonitoring devices (telltales), the purpose of which is the objective assessment and prediction of the rock massif state and its mining support. These ones include acoustic energy meters, based on the registration of the response signal of the impact on the tunnel surface; multi wire extensometers with mechanical measurements of massif exfoliation, these ones with inductive transducers, ultrasonic extensometers, rocks exfoliation alarm devices. Separately anchoring control device are discussed. These include instruments for determining the pull force of the anchor bolt, ultrasonic devices for monitoring the integrity of the anchor bolt, alarm-optobolt, anchors with strain gauges, instruments based on the use of high-frequency radio signals; anchor bolts «Sentinel», strain anchors. Particular attention is paid to anchoring and roof rocks spectral control devices. These ones are based on the analysis of the acoustic response at impact. Publications and patents in this area have been considered. Specially designed devices and the standard equipment are used for measurements, such as dual-channel seismic device IDS-1. There use several informative parameters, each of which is the average value of the amplitude of spectral components in its spectral band defined by 20–100-200–400-700–1000-1500–2000 Hz. The equation of linear regression is obtained, which allows determining the length of the anchor in contact with the rock mass by the measurement results. The use of a device for monitoring steel-polymer anchoring of the underground workings roof have been described. It have been tested at the mine of the Novomoskovskiy gypsum deposits. It works on the principle of the spectral analysis. Informative parameters are frequency Fmax and amplitude Amax of the acoustic response spectral peak, due of the impact on the protruding end of the anchor. An example of chart of the measurements results distribution of the anchoring state in plane coordinates Fmax-Amax is shown. Such multi-parameter measurements and intellectual processing algorithms allow improving the reliability of control.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE METHOD OF THE EN-CLOSED SPHERES
In the real work it is a question of practical application of a method of the enclosed spheres at design of the working equipment of hydraulic excavators at early design stages. The essence of a method consists under the authority of uniform criterion of the quality including all local criteria (in this work the special case with three criteria is considered). This uniform criterion of quality is called by us entropy. The value of entropy there is less, the working equipment is more qualitative. COMPARISON OF ROCK BURST MASSIVE STATE SINERGETIC FEATURES PECULIARITIES USING MINES SEISMOLOGICAL CATALOGUE AND INDUCTION ELECTROMAGNETIC MONITORING DATA
Results of seismological and electromagnetic information showed the mutual additional information on different space-time levels of rock massive state, which are energetic influenced by explosions used in mining technology. It is revealed a change of nonlinearity degree in time of the massive state by active influence on it. The description of massive movement in a frame of linear dynamical system will not satisfy the practical situation.

CONTROL ALGORITHM OF QUARRY POWER SHOVEL DIGGING OPERATION BASED ON FUZZY LOGIC
In this article is given the automatic control algorithm of quarry power shovel digging operation, based on a combination of programmed and fuzzy logic control by pressuring and lifting motors. Primary identification of situation then lifting motor is stopping is making during the algorithm work. If situation then lifting motor is stopping takes place, tasks of speeds to lifting and pressuring motors is given according to the rigid program of an exit from stopping. If situation then lifting motor is stopping isn't present, control of pressuring and lifting motors conducted on the algorithm based on fuzzy logic.

THE ENERGY LOAD ON THE DRILLING OPERATION AND THE POSSIBILITY OF INCREASING THEIR EFFICIENCY THROUGH THE USE OF WIND-DIESEL SYSTEMS POWER SUPPLY
Further development of geological prospecting works is connected with development of remote and remote territories of Russia in which the numerous mineral deposits, being at various stages of development and development are concentrated.
The majority of these territories are located in areas with severe climatic conditions — Siberia, the Far East, Far North, relating to zones of the decentralized power supply. The share of expenses for power supply in these conditions can reach 50 % from the general financing. For independent power supply on geological exploration, independent diesel (DES) or petrol power plants are usually used. It demands seasonal or all-the-year-round delivery of fuel to a place of works that considerably raises expenses and prime cost of energy. Application of renewables (VIE) as a part of independent systems of power supply allows to lower a fuel component in prime cost of the developed electric power, thereby it is essential to reduce costs of power supply of object and to increase technical and economic efficiency of chisel works.

GO TO THE RATIONALE FOR OPTIMAL CONSTRUCTIONS AND THE DIAMETERS OF EXPLOSIVE CHARGES IN ORDER TO REGULATE GAS – DYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF BLAST
The article considers the influence of the diameter of a cylindrical charge on the process of destruction of the rock. It is shown that with increasing diameter of the charge at a constant mass of the explosive nature of the fracture varies considerably breed. Obtained graphs on the diameter size distribution charges. There is a model of extrapolation of experimental data to natural conditions.

GEOTECTONIC BACKGROUND OF COMMERCIAL PYRITE DEPOSITS IN RUDNY ALTAI
Based on the retrospective analysis of data on geological and tectonic structure of Rudny Altai and adjacent region, the conclusion on the collision geotectonics has been made. Commercial pyrite–polymetal deposits formed under load of long-term tectonic transformations started in the Pre-Cambrian age. The ore-hosting structure of Rudny Altai originated under destructive tectonogenesis. Pyrites occur in favorable geological environment as hypsometrical layers arranged in depth, accompanied by magmatogene, metamorphogene and post-magmatic type sulfides.

SECONDARY DISPERSION HALOS OF PLATINUM GROUP ELEMENTS, GOLD AND SILVER OF THE SVETLOBORSKY DUNITE-CLINOPYROXENITE MASSIF, PLATINUM BELT OF THE URALS
According to the results of lithogeochemical sampling of soil-forming eluvial-deluvial sediments within the Svetloborsky massif together with platinum, anomalies of gold, chromium and some trace elements were identified. Evaluation of these halos using the method of two-dimensional modeling allowed to identify prospective anomalies of platinum, which in a first approximation, spatially are coincident with the anomalies of chromium. More detailed analysis of data using multivariate statistical methods revealed that platinum are not correlated with chromium, indicating a minor contribution of chromite type of platinum mineralization in the primary mineralization of the Svetloborsky massif. Also it was revealed that in the eluvial-deluvial subsurface sediments almost all trace elements, except for platinum and chromium, are mostly dispersed under the influence of exogenous processes.

STUDY OF STABILITY OF BIOGEOBARRIER FOR CONSERVATION TECHNOGENIC DEPOSITS
The technology of creating a bio-geo-barrier based on natural soil-forming theory has been developed for conservation of technogenic mineral formations. The analysis of the stability of the bio-geo-barrier created at tailings dumps of the Kola Mining Complex showed that plant formation after sowing of grass under polymeric coating without fertile soil layer cover features high bioproductivity, rapid accumulation of organic matter, formation of humic substratum, timely passing of all phenological phases of vegetation development owing to nourishment availability in the formed humus. The bio-geo-barrier keeps stability for a long time period inasmuch as vegetable life reaches the reproductive phase and forms viable seed stock to ensure self-regeneration of grass canopy.

PHYSICOCHEMICAL AND TOXICOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF SLIME AT SODA ASHPRODUCTION
The article is devoted to the stages of solid-state waste formation by ammonically-watered method in the soda ash production at «Berezniki Soda Works» public corporation. Wastes disposal requires considerable additional expenditure and large-scale territory alienation. In this connection the manufacturer faces with the question of waste reclamation. To analyze feasible directions of waste reclamation in the soda ash production physicochemical and toxicological properties of slime have been studied, its radiography phase analysis has been conducted, and as a result it has been determined that the main phase in the sample is CaCO3 (Calcite mineral, R-3c space group). The sample also contains a small amount of SiO2 (Quartz mineral, P3221 space group). Feasible directions of waste reclamation at «BereznikiSodaWorks» have been analyzed and it has been suggested to utilize the slime as a material for road surface, so it makes possible to increase the component raw materials base, considerably reclaim wastes andreduce the price of the road surface.

FORECASTING PERFORMANCE OF A PRODUCTION PLANT USING THE COMPLEX-VARIABLE PRODUCTION FUNCTION
Article considers problems of an assessment of efficiency of company’s activity on the basis of complex indicators of production results and resources. Tools of complex-valued economy — the new scientific direction having the theory of functions of complex variables as the basis — are used to modeling of economic dependences. The properties of exponential production function of complex variables with the real exponent are studied in the work. The function describes the interrelation between complex variable profit and costs of production and a complex labor and capital factor. Elasticity coefficients of complex-valued production function are investigated. Practical application of the model for forecasting the efficiency of industrial production is considered on the example of " Erdenet Enterprise" (Mongolia). Construction of Kobb-Douglas production function for the analysis of activity of this enterprise was impossible. However the analysis of economic indicators of the enterprise by means of complex-valued production function yielded positive results. Calculation of elasticity coefficients for the function modeling activity of the enterprise, and also their interpretation are given in the article. The conclusion is made about the need of considering such problems as work organization by the company’s management for the purpose of increasing the production efficiency of the enterprise.

THE STUDY OF THE CEMENTATION PROCESS OF PURIFICATION IN THE PRODUCTION OF ZINC BY THE METHOD OF MATHEMATICAL MODELING
A mathematical model of the process cement cleaning solutions in the production of zinc has been developed. It is based on the equations of the material balance of expenditure technological media and concentrations of individual components. The model allows determining the quantity of the products under consideration of the production of redistribution on the basis of information on the number of applicants for processing of material flows and their chemical compositions, as well as to assess its current and predict future states.

In article the description of procedure of a substantiation of extraction of stocks of coal from sites of a difficult configuration for the purpose of increase of completeness of extraction of stocks is resulted. Analysis of abandoned mine sections and review of sophisticated technologies justifies suitability of the abandoned sections for mining. The decision should be based on the knowledge on the amount and quality of coal contained in the section, and the section geometry.

IMPROVING OFFICIENCY HYDROTRANSPORT POLYDISRERSE MIXTURES
In the general problem of moving freight flows at various distances acquired considerable importance pipeline transportation. Not only traditional liquid and gaseous different products, but also a variety of solid bulk materials or suspension. Scope hydrotransport solid or slurry materials is extensive and includes many areas of industry, including mining, coal, chemical, power and construction industries where pipelines move raw materials, finished products and production wastes. To reduce the energy consumption of hydro systems, high specific energy capacity due process and progressive line of development is reduction of resistance to movement of the slurry flow and increase the wear resistance of the pipeline. One solution to this problem is the use of pipes in polymeric coatings. For the application of such pipes in hydrotransport-enriched tails tion is necessary to develop a methodology for calculating head loss along the length of the pipes with an inner polymer coating and the methodology for calculating the lifetime of such tubes.
