TECHNOLOGIES AND EQUIPMENT FLOTATION OF GOLD-SULFIDE ORES

Design features and technological possibilities of modern flotation machines, including pneumatic high-speed machines, high-flotation cell with a large unit capacity, sand machines, grinding cycles stadialnogo flotation, flotation cell multi-zone to extract minerals in a wide range of sizes. Also considered special equipment design for selective extraction and concentration of fine particles of coarse gold-bearing raw materials and non-ferrous metals.
The study covers design features and technological capabilities of modern flotation machines, including highspeed pneumatic machines, high-duty and high unit capacity flotation cells, sand machines for multi-stage grinding in flotation circuit, and zoned flotation cells for mineral recovery within a wide range of size. Flotation of fine-dispersion ores with gold–sulfide mineralization widely uses pneumatic flotation machines employing air microbubbles: column flotation cells JamesonCell, Pneumotlot, Imholot G-Cell. Highly efficient, these machines produce final concentrate within a single stage of recleaner flotation, replacing several stages of recleaning in physical flotation machines.
