Teams of gold diggers: Phenomenon of the past or the image of the future?

The modern phenomenon of a team of gold diggers in gold production in Russia is in focus as a reflection of the property and management democratization traditions. The disagreement of the modern naming and forms of incorporation of gold digger teams is disclosed empirically. The traditional community of a team of gold diggers and the embodiment of a communal property in its economic essence contradict the model popular in the environment of gold diggers and their teams (subjects of small and medium-size entrepreneurship), which is the model of actually sole management of an owner– a physical body. The constitutional and federal statute lacunae in point of the collective corporate property are challenged. The empirical appraisal of large ventures in the BD SPARK-Interfax’ family of gold miners has brought to light the objective nature of leadership in the metallic mineral mining sector. Modern Russia has no common opinion on the specifics of the corporate property. The weight of free miner teams engaged in the primary economic activity, type 07.29.41 Precious Metal Ore and Sand Production (Gold, Silver and Platinum Group Metals), is evaluated. The question is whether the teams of gold diggers are based on the personal work or other contribution of the team members, and are managed by them. The total inconsistency of the form and contents of the free gold mining team phenomenon in modern Russian economy is disclosed. The empirical analysis of large teams of free gold miners in the sector of metals and mineral mining in Russia’s economy is performed.
