Analysis of the effect of uneven filling of the hopper dispenser on the indicators of measuring the weight of rock mass

The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of skip lifting rigs equipped with an automatic skip loading system. The aim of the study was to substantiate at the theoretical level the design of the installation of weighing sensors and the loading conditions of the metering hopper when designing the weighing system, taking into account the form of rock mass scattering when filling the dispenser. The process of functioning of a dosing device that provides automatic shut-off of the ore flow by the loading device during accumulation in the dispenser is considered. A three-dimensional model of the assembly of the dispenser body and rock mass has been developed. The simulation of the process of operation of bunkers and the calculation of the loading of reference points with various options of rock mass deposition using the CAE system of automated calculation and design of mechanical equipment and structures APM WinMashine. Methods of computational mathematics, numerical methods and programming, the finite element method, as well as the apparatus of mathematical statistics are used in modeling. As a result, the ratios of the reaction forces of the supports in the X, Y and Z directions are obtained, with different filling options of the dispenser. The necessity of increasing the coefficient of safety margin k to 3.5, in the case of asymmetry of rock mass pouring into the dispenser, is revealed. The criteria for optimal operation of the weighing system of the dispenser when adjusting the nominal scale of the sensors are determined. Recommendations on the design of the weighing system of the rock mass dispenser have been developed.
