Principles for forming environmentally safe and economically effective sustainable development of geo resources

Taking into account the independent organizational and financial structuring of the mining and processing enterprise, the production of the main products includes the following main stages: mineral extraction; enrichment; metallurgical processing. Creating conditions for the ongoing balanced existence of a mining and processing enterprise in conditions of waste-free (low-waste) production, taking into account the preservation of the environmental balance, is the main idea of creating a sustainable, regulated socially responsible enterprise. It is necessary to develop principles for the formation of environmentally safe and cost-effective sustainable development of georesources, the consideration of which at various stages (from design to conservation) will make it possible to create an economically profitable, environmentally friendly and socially responsible mining and processing enterprise. The work highlights the foundations for the formation of environmentally safe and cost-effective sustainable development of georesources. A basic scheme for creating waste-free (low-waste) production is substantiated and presented. A schematic diagram has been developed that satisfies the principles of sustainable, environmentally balanced development. The need for a transition from traditional physical and technical technologies for mining deposits to the development of georesources using methods of physical and chemical technologies has been proven. It has been established that the creation of an environmentally friendly and socially responsible mining and processing enterprise is formed at the design stage, taking into account the principles of sustainable environmentally balanced development, and is subject to adjustment in the process of activity.

Keywords: geotechnology, sustainable development, mining and processing enterprise, ecology, environment, mining, minerals, georesources.
