PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTION OF MODELS OF THE TECHNICAL STATE OF TRANSMISSION OF MINING MACHINE DURING ITS OPERATION

Presents the approaches to constructing simulation models of the technical condition before the transmission of the mining machine. Given the notions of experience. It is shown that a reliable forecast about the reliability of the technical system of the mining machine can be obtained using simulation with the use of physical structural models. This resource calculation is proposed to divide into two types: assessment of the resource and estimation of consumption of the resource. Defined group of influencing factors contributing to the intensification of the transition of the machine in an inoperable state: the management of mountain mA-bus, including the qualifications and experience of staff, the correct methods of working and discipline; the technical condition of mining machines, including continuity of maintenance and repairs, level of maintenance, frequency, duration and completeness of repairs, quality replacement parts, qualified staff; quality of the preparation of slaughter and the condition of the rock mass; climatic factors, and the conditions of operation of mining machinery; organization of mining; geological and geotechnical factors.
The mathematical expressions for estimating probability values of trouble-free operation. It is shown that the generalized indicator of the health of the mining machines included in the model, it is advisable to use an integrated indicator obtained in the comprehensive assessment of the current technical state of the object when carrying out diagnostic procedures.
A comprehensive assessment of the drive mining machines are necessary for qualitative carrying out of technical maintenance and repair, as technical object in relation to the implementation of advanced systems of lean production, RCM and CM&R (Conscientious Maintenance and Repair) – conscientious maintenance.
