IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISES FOR EXTRACTION AND PROCESSING OF NATURAL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
The article describes the mining and processing of non-metallic building materials and decorative stone. Determined by their features. The current difficulties of the enterprises are connected with ineffective management. The level of economic management in enterprises does not meet modern requirements of market relations. At the present stage of economic management of the enterprise, improvement of production efficiency requires the development and use of effective forms of organization and management. One way is to change the existing system, the principles and techniques of management. In the structure of management special requirements for technology management decision making. Development of applied methods and models of economic management of an enterprise, which must be adapted to his needs, take into account the specific production and sales activities.
