EFFECTS OF ADDITIONAL COLLECTING AGENT ON SELECTIVITY OF FLOTATION OF COPPER AND ZINC SULFIDES

The problem of obtaining high-quality concentrates with the beneficiation of finely disseminated refractory copper-zinc ores. Described difficulties in the flotation of such ores and their solutions. The main way to increase performance is to improve reagent flotation mode of copper-zinc ores. In technological flotation circuits it is necessary to use such chemicals that not only had weak fluoroware iron sulfides, but also guarantee a selective separation of the minerals copper and zinc from each other. In this paper, we investigate the possibility of increasing the selectivity of flotation separation of sulfides of copper and zinc by applying the composition of reagents dialkyldithiophosphate and sodium butyl xanthate. A comparison of the results of the experiments. The influence of the ratio Kh of the main collector and additional collector of BTF in the technological parameters of flotation and the selectivity of separation of sulfides of copper and zinc.
