Integrated assessment of peat deposit using digital database and coding peat categories with regard to quality requirements

Computer-aided reserves management is a promising solution that will help optimize information management processes and increase the overall efficiency of a modern mining enterprise. The properties of the finished peat product should be managed starting with the feedstock selection. To automate the processing of data on the content of peat of various categories within the boundaries of the deposit, as well as on the composition of chemical elements and compounds in specific categories, a method based on the presentation of data in digital form is proposed. An information database is being created for the purpose of a comprehensive assessment and visual representation of the initial geological information about peat as a raw material for the production of a certain type of product. Such a database is an important source of information that allows you to identify categories of raw materials for further use in various types of products: fertilizers, peat-based sorbents, peat briquettes, as litter in animal husbandry, etc. The article proposes using a QR code to encrypt available information about a substance. One of the main advantages of using QR codes is the ability to compactly store large amounts of data, which allows you to include information about the properties of a substance and the features of its formation. The optimal choice of directions for using a peat deposit directly depends on the quality characteristics of peat raw materials collected in one database.
