Scientific foundation of selecting optimal parameters for the assembly units that form the core of vibration measurement equipment intended for determining the shock impact parameters of the grinding media in various types of mills

A review of Russian and foreign sources on compact vibration transducers is presented, including the perspective applications of advanced piezoelectric materials. Development trends of the technical object under study are identified, namely the features of new designs and fabrication technologies for compact vibration transducers with enhanced sensitivity in the ultrasonic frequency range, intended for recording high-frequency signal components when measuring loads up to 20,000 g and incorporating research on advanced piezoelectric materials. The requirements imposed on vibration transducers with enhanced sensitivity and remote low-noise preamplifiers operating in the required frequency range are considered. Developments close to the object of study that can be utilized in the object of study are identified. The results of analytical studies on the feasibility of creating compact vibration transducers with enhanced sensitivity for recording high-frequency signal components and loads up to 20,000 g are presented.
